Far Away sold at PAX West this year. We have another batch, fresh off the spaceship presses, heading to us soon. We will have our CPG offices restocked on by October 9th. All preorders will be fulfilled then as well.
What's Next for CPG
Far Away: Corporate Espionage has launched into the world! We’re thrilled that players can continue their Far Away stories in these new missions. While there’s still plenty to be done to promote and distribute the game, we’re eager to look ahead and see what the future of Cherry Picked Games holds.
What Could Go Wrong?
Over the last couple of months, we stepped back from the edge of manufacturing to apply some TLC to Far Away: Corporation Espionage. The main reason was to wait for some relief from the tariff chaos. But the lure of “more time” is undeniable. Every playtest turns up new issues, since the nature of the exercise invites feedback. Amateur game designers often preach that there is no such thing as too much testing, but you can easily fail into a trap of never publishing in the name of quality. It’s a trap that punishes our backers.
